TURNKEY – SHELL – ADVANCED SHELL

THE WIDEST RANGE OF CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS

Our 65 years of experience have gradually allowed us to meet even the most specific needs of those familiar with the construction sector.
Sixty years ago, only the “TURNKEY” option existed, meaning the construction of the building with all interior and exterior works. The client only had to organize the move.
Today, to also support traditional construction companies that have understood the future lies in green building, we also offer the “SHELL” and “ADVANCED SHELL” options, with all available technologies: PLATFORMFRAME, INGPANEL® and X-LAM.

OUR PRODUCTION

In 2002 we moved from Villarbasse (TO) to Sigulda in Latvia. The proximity to raw materials and the long-standing wood experience of the local workers pushed us to make this difficult choice.
Today, we work with technicians and staff who guarantee us excellence in every construction detail: millimetric precision in cutting and assembly, quality of materials, respect for timelines.
Our constant supervision during the engineering and production phases has become almost unnecessary, but we continue it as an additional guarantee for our clients.
